To give you an exact rate, we’ll need to see your insurance card and verify your insurance carrier. You can call the member services number on the back of your insurance card for more info about coverage and copayment fees.
We do not accept travel insurance, but we can send you an itemized receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
